My husband and I want to file a divorce together. We don't want to fight each other. We talked and agreed with everything we want. We are separated almost 2 years. We are good friends because of our 15 years old son. We want to be singles.

I got married young the first time (in Indiana) and we got divorced a year after we married. We went to the courthouse and filed for a divorce. We had no kids and we worked out who got what among ourselves and no lawyers were involved. I think it cost to file for a divorce.
