How do you revoke durable power of attorney in the state of missouri?


Question by superduperturtlemom: How do you revoke durable power of attorney in the state of missouri?
My Grandmother made gave somebody power of attorney and they are using it to cash in bonds and other things without her permission. She would like to know how to take away the power of attorney from that person.

She'll probably need a court order to surrender and revoke it.

Talk to a local atty or the clerk of the court.
