Homeschooling parents have to report to the school district just like the schools. do so yes drop out rates are recorded and not very high. They are really low. Like the kids have to take state tests to make sure they are learning what they need to.

If you wanted to compare prices you literally had to walk the streets from office to office (you couldn't drive your uninsured motor vehicle!) and it was not easy to negotiate for discounts. Now, however, it is much simpler with the internet and most auto insurance companies offer automobile insurance policies online. You can get the quote online and accept it online. It is also a lot easier to negotiate the best auto insurance rates possible by comparing the prices of a large number of companies from the comfort of your home. You needn't deal only with insurers that have branches in your home town, but nationwide - even international!
Before applying for online quotes you are advised to decide in advance what level of cover you want in your automobile insurance policy. If you want to carry out real comparisons, each insurer should be given the same information. If want to see the difference in price with and without collision coverage, for example, you can do that later. Right now you should be checking out the cheapest for the basic type of insurance most relevant to your needs. Collision and physical damage coverage can be added later once you have a short-list.
Your initial insurance quote should be for the state minimum liability cover, and you can include collision here, but only if you do so for all insurers and only if your car warrants it. Collision coverage is a waste of money if your car is going to be totalled after a small bump! Comprehensive fits into the same category. However, you might want personal injury coverage to pay for your medical expenses if you are injured, but again state it for each quote and also state the same amount for each motor insurance company.
Where at all possible keep all the information you provide exactly the same across the board. Each form will be different, so it might not be possible to keep them exactly the same, but it should be as near as you can, otherwise your comparisons will not be valid and you won't necessarily get the cheapest quotes. The idea is to get a car insurance quote from each auto insurance company that is based upon the same information, and then to decide which are the cheapest: i.e. which provide the same level of cover for less money.
These will form your final list from which you are going to select your choice of motor insurer. The final choice will be based upon by how much you can beat them down using the various factors that can be used to get discounts. Factors such as your deductible - never include your maximum deductible in the initial quotation form. Keep some up your sleeve for future negotiation.
The general idea is to get a final three or four, and then to get further discounts from each of these. That's when you tell them about the driving courses you have taken, or the extra safety features on your car. Tell them about your car being garaged and locked up every night and anything else you can think of that might get you a discount. They won't offer you one, but if you ask then you can get reductions if they are warranted.
Your objective is to get a car insurance quote that is as cheap as possible while not sacrificing any of the cover that you feel you need. You can achieve that much easier by comparing a number of different insurers online.

Well, no one here knows you! I can tell you what I usually tell people: you take out half million limits on your auto and homeowners, then get the umbrella policy with whatever REAL limits you need. It's not hard to buy million dollar increments, up to ten million. After that, it can be done, but it's harder.
You need to have an umbrella policy that covers your assets, PLUS three to five years income. So. Figure out what your stuff is worth, and add your projected income for the next three years, and round up to the next million.

Maternity Disability - How Moms Can Protect Their Income During and After Delivery
Extended absences from work due to disability during and after maternity have become an ever-increasing occurrence. According to a 2002 study, 29% of short term disabilities (180 days or less) and 12% of long-term disabilities are due to pregnancy. Pregnancy disability can turn a wonderful, life-changing experience into a serious financial challenge when Mom is out of work for months before and/or after the maternity period. Disability Income insurance can provide needed cash in the absence or a regular work scheduled because of a maternity disability.
Many corporations offer paid leave benefits to employees that provide full pay for up to 3 months after delivery. Complications that cause the employee to be out of work before delivery or beyond the maternity leave period after delivery can cause the household to lose cash flow for months or longer.
Maternity disability can be planned for with individual short term disability insurance that can commonly provide up to 70% of regular income while Mom is not able to work due to illness or injury for 3-6 months. Long-term disability insurance kicks in after the short-term benefits expire and can provide income protection for up to five years or longer. In fact, long term disability insurance policies commonly pay benefits until age 65 to ensure income in the event of a permanent disability such as if a dentist was to lose the use of a hand or eye.
Future Moms often rely on employee-sponsored group disability insurance. Group disability can provide benefits up to 60% of regular income. However, benefits from group policies are taxed as regular income, reducing actual benefits to roughly 42% income. Employer policies also commonly come with a bevy of exceptions and limitations that can reduce or eliminate benefits altogether.
Group disability insurance is a great start toward income protection but it's not the complete answer. A very affordable supplemental disability insurance policy can very affordably plug the holes in group coverage and provide a formidable shield against income loss due to a maternity disability. Income protection can be extended to 100% or regular income with supplemental coverage. Additionally, benefits paid via a supplemental policy are not taxed as income.
Women with a family history of challenges during maternity may also consider catastrophic disability insurance. CDI covers costs associated with extended at-home or facility care. For instance, if Mom's doctor orders her to bed for months before or after delivery, CDI can cover the expense of a day or live-in nurse to assist with the needs of day-to-day living. Such care is generally very expensive and is not covered by any other type of insurance. CDI covers up to a specified daily amount (0, for instance) and policies can be purchased with a daily benefit that increases annually with inflation.
The solution to protecting a new Mom's income during and after maternity is to acquire individual or supplemental disability insurance before becoming pregnant. Once pregnant, Moms find that additional disability insurance is no longer available.

From my understanding, getting legally separated does nothing to shorten the required 6 month waiting period for a divorce in Cali. Legal separation is just another form of "breaking up" however you are still legally married. You will need to go through normal divorce process which unfortunately includes waiting 6 months for it to be legal.

What happens when a married couple rents a place and then splits up? A rented apt is not like a house that can be sold and the profits split. One spouse has rented the apt for 10 yrs, 5 yrs before they met. Presumably they're both on the lease now. Would the original tenant/spouse get to stay? Is there a general way these things go, or does it vary wildly?
Sorry if this makes me look like an awful person. I'm not happy they are divorcing, though all the other tenants and I would be happy if both of them were gone, since they are both violent alcoholics and obnoxious neighbors.

But several 3rd and 4th tier law schools have good reputations when it comes to sport and entertainment law. I am an attorney (currently inactive due to other pursuits). The important and difficult part of being a sports agent is obtaining clients. If you do not have connections in the athletic world, the easiest way to start is with a large entertainment and athletics law firm which requires graduation from a "top" law school.
In addition, law school teaches the principles of contract law. Negotiation skills are learned on the job. Again being in a large law firm which gives this training is the easiest way to go.
On the other hand, a talented person with connections could develop this sort of practice with a degree from any law school.
This very glamourous and competitive area of law is one of the hardest in which to succeed.

Nothing in the US, there are some online law schools, but to my knowledge none of them are ABA (American Bar Association) accredited which means a law degree from these schools is worth as much as the paper it is printed on. To practice law in the US you have to pass the bar exam in the state you wish to practice and all but California require a law degree from an ABA accredited law school. Furthermore, California requires to take their bar that if it was not an ABA school then it has to be accredited by California's state bar, and none of the online schools are.

She'd be covered. If the divorce is final, the driver who gets the car needs to get it insured in/his her name alone. This might require a new policy; I don't think you can just cut off one name.

You need to go & see a lawyer. He'll draft the POA for you. I know you like your friend, but make sure the POA states that it is ONLY for things relating to the sale of your motorcycle. You'd be amazed at the amount of times a general POA has been given to a trusted friend or family member & they abuse it by ruining your credit. Once that happens, your ownly course of action would be to try & take that "friend" to court & handle it in a civil trial. Since you gave them permission, there is no crime & police can't help you.

what country are you in? i am in australia and i work for a private health insurer. If you do live in Australia or a country that has a similar system, it does not increase the cost of your private health insurance if you are a smoker.
if you are however caught for claiming medication that is not for yourself under your private health insurance, your health cover will be terminated and you run the risk of legal action.

I would like to finish a law degree and specialize in education, real estate and children advocacy. But I am a single mother and must work and the nearest school is 100 miles away.

Sorry, Oklahoma, like most states, will only take degrees from ABA-approved schools.

Yes, don't screw up like a friend of mine who is repaying some ,000 under FTC order (under threat of disbarment) b/c lawyer he hired to work in debt relief collected fees but did not deliver.
FTC is going after debt relief lawyers big time right now.

A friend of mine was involved with a criminal trespass case in which he visited an attorney for advise. At no time did he advise this attorney that he wanted his representation. When his court date came, the attorney was there and assisted with the case. There was no contract signed or anything of that nature. This happend in 2003. Bills are still being sent to his house from his attorney, but he has not paid anything.

Most attorneys will not represent you for that kind of case, unless they are paid up front. Sounds like a misunderstanding on someone's part.

He should check with an attorney in Syria.
If he were just in another state in the US he would be able to file there, but the law of another country will tell him if he is able to file there.
