Norwalk woman has sentencing postponed for state insurance fraud
NORWALK -- A city woman whose music royalties allegedly generated more than a million dollars for her while she put her children on the state's low-income medical insurance, had her sentencing postponed Tuesday at state Superior Court in Norwalk.
