FEMA encourages timely action on flood insurance
WINCHESTER – Flood victims county-wide were invited to a meeting on flood insurance and disaster assistance with representatives of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), and Small Business Administration (SBA) Tuesday night. Residents came in sufficient numbers to fill the Winchester Room at Town Hall.
