Lamrock watching N.S. insurance cap
New Brunswick's Justice Minister Kelly Lamrock says he'll be closely watching how Nova Scotia's changes to automobile insurance affect consumers. Nova Scotia tripled the cap on minor injury insurance claims Wednesday.
